competition in less than 2 weeks time. ready or not? i just have to fall sick at this point of time. damn cough. the doctor must be kidding me. i am not allowed to run and row for a week? no chicken, no spicy food and no ice water. however, i went for training on the day itself (thursday) , friendly on saturday and sunday as well.
